Job summary

FROSTS FOOD & BEVERAGE (PTE.) LTD. in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate to support inventory and order processing. You will work with BC and WMS systems, release waves in WMS, and ensure accuracy in stock handling and invoicing.

The role requires 1–2 years in a related field, ability to rotate shifts, and a fast, independent learner with good attendance. Night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Min GCE "N" Level and above.
• Min. 1–2 years of experience in related field (preferably F&B operations).
• Able to rotate shifts and work independently.
• Fast learner and multitasker.
• Good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Work with BC and WMS systems to manage logistics processes.
• Create and release waves in WMS for order processing.
• Witness and oversee incoming container unstuffing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare for cycle stock takes and manage stock write-offs.
• Witness stock write-offs with Finance.
• Reconcile stock take results between physical counts and WMS records.
• Handle return stocks with warehouse picker and tally returns.
• Hand over return invoice to operations admin.
• Print invoices posted in BC.
• Attach purchase orders with invoices for delivery.
• Tally total invoices posted in BC against physical documentation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to support logistics and warehouse operations.

Job description

Salary range: $2500 - $3500 (depending on experience) + night shift allowance provided.

Working days/hours:

Mondays to Fridays 8:00pm to 5:00am

Saturdays 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Work location: Bedok

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with BC and WMS systems to manage logistics processes.
• Create and release waves in WMS for order processing。
• Witness and oversee incoming container unstuffing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare for cycle stock takes and manage stock write-offs.
• Witness stock write-offs in coordination with the Finance team.
• Reconcile stock take results between physical counts and WMS records.
• Handle return stocks with the warehouse picker and tally the stocks returned to the warehouse physically.
• Hand over the return invoice to operations admin.
• Print invoices that have been posted in BC.
• Attach purchase orders with invoices for delivery.
• Tally total invoices posted in BC against physical documentation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to support logistics and warehouse operations.

• Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
