You will handle route planning, carrier assignments, and reporting on performance metrics, working closely with customers and vendors to resolve delivery issues and optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Transport Management: Coordinate daily transport operations, including route planning, delivery scheduling, and driver or carrier assignments.
• Warehouse Coordination: Oversee warehouse tasks like inventory tracking, stock verification, and loading accuracy.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and process shipping papers (such as Bills of Lading and invoices) while following customs and safety rules.
• Issue Resolution: Handle delivery exceptions, track delayed shipments, and solve operational problems with customers and vendors.
• Performance Reporting: Generate reports on delivery times, shipping costs, and workflow performance.
