You will coordinate the delivery, collection, and movement of goods and materials to meet schedules. You will supervise warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities, monitor shipments, ensure proper documentation, and resolve delays or issues while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Coordinate the delivery, collection, and movement of goods and materials.
• Manage warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Plan delivery schedules and ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and project/site teams.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel and assign daily duties.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Arrange transportation, vehicles, and third-party logistics services when required.
• Monitor transportation and delivery costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documents are properly maintained.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, shortages, and other logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, road tax, insurance, and other fleet-related requirements where applicable.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide regular operational updates to management.
• Improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
