Job summary

Collins Aerospace Singapore is seeking a warehouse and inventory coordinator to manage receiving, inspection, storage and issuing of parts. You’ll perform material transactions, cycle counts, and labels in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics (or equivalent), strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. SAP and MS Office skills are required; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to use Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery orders to verify received quantity and perform visual quality checks
• Verify purchase orders in the SAP System to ensure correct quantity
• Perform system receipt of parts and generate labels
• Stock received parts in their respective stock locations after IQA inspection
• Pick parts as per job pick list, ensuring correct quantity, batch number, and parts issued as per the pick list
• Practice FIFO unless otherwise stated as FEFO
• Verify RSN parts and stock back in correct locations
• Perform material transactions including PO receipt, issue to jobs, RSN and other relevant material transactions
• Receive customer's repaired components and submit receiving paperwork to Sales & Marketing
• Perform cycle count on weekly basis

About the role

This role involves warehouse and inventory management operations within an aerospace and defense organization. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing parts and components, as well as performing material transactions and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities
