Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Officer in Singapore to support receiving, stock control and shipment activities. You will verify POs in SAP, perform system receipts, and ensure accurate labeling and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, warehousing housekeeping, packing and export packaging checks, and assisting the logistics team with ad‑hoc projects. Diploma in Logistics required; forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery orders for received quantity and perform visual quality checks.
• Verify purchase orders in SAP to ensure correct quantities.
• Perform system receipt of parts and generate labels.
• Stock received parts in correct locations after IQA inspection.
• Pick parts per job pick list, ensuring correct quantities and batch numbers.
• Follow FIFO unless FEFO.
• Verify RSN parts and stock back in correct locations.
• Perform material transactions (PO receipt, issue to jobs, RSN).
• Receive customer’s repaired component and submit all papers to Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with packing/unpacking shipments.
• Ensure D/O matches packaging for export to the customer.
• Perform weekly cycle counts for GASCA stock.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Check delivery order to verify the received quantity and to perform a visual quality check of the items.
• Verify the purchase order is in the SAP System to ensure the correct quantity.
• Perform a system receipt of parts and generate label.
• Stock in received parts in their respective stock locations after IQA inspection.
• Pick parts as per job pick list; ensure correct quantity, batch number and parts are issued as per the pick list.
• FIFO must be practiced unless otherwise stated as FEFO
• Verify RSN parts and have it stock back in the correct locations.
• Perform material transactions e.g. PO receipt, issue to jobs, RSN and other relevant material transactions.
• Receive customer’s repaired component and submit all receiving paperwork to Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure proper housekeeping.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures at all time.
• Perform other jobs as delegated e.g. packing & unpacking shipment and others.
• Ensure D/O is corresponding to the packaging for exporting to the respective customer.
• Perform cycle count for GASCA stock on weekly basis
• Perform tasks / functions assigned by the logistics supervisor, store supervisor or manager
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
