Job summary

Qualifications

• Local Singaporean food cooking experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with chicken rice and local dishes is a plus.
• F&B/kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards.
• Cook local dishes while maintaining quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with stock reception, storage and inventory.
• Follow food safety procedures.
• Assist opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Work with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
