HE XI ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is hiring a kitchen helper to support back‑of‑house operations in our Singapore restaurant group. You will help with basic food preparation, cleaning, stock rotation, and waste disposal, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

No prior experience is required as on‑the‑job training is provided; a WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred or obtainable within the first month. The role includes rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; on-the-job training provided.
• WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate required or willingness to obtain within first month.
• Physically fit with ability to stand long hours and lift moderate loads.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation: washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of food supplies.
• Dispose of waste according to SFA hygiene regulations.
• Support cooks during service periods with ingredient replenishment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform general kitchen maintenance and cleaning duties.
