Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing basic food ingredients.
• Prepare various menu items, including tempura, noodles, deep-fried starters, and other dishes.
• Unpack, organize, and store supplies in refrigerators and designated storage areas.
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, work surfaces, and equipment.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as part of the kitchen crew.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
• Perform dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness of utensils and equipment.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Store Manager from time to time.
