Job summary

Happy Marketer, part of the dentsu family, is seeking a campaign professional in Singapore to independently execute end-to-end campaign processes. You will ensure high accuracy from instruction receipt to file production while mentoring junior teammates.

The role emphasizes client communication, requirements elicitation, QA, and effective use of campaign tools. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Singapore.

Job description

The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. This role oversee the campaign execution of other team members, ensuring quality delivery across the team.

• Oversees and delegates to other campaign resources the execution of campaign deliverables and activities


• Validates work product using quality assurance best practices


• Elicits and documents client requirements through written and verbal methods


• Possesses higher-level understanding of campaigns management tools, concepts and capabilities


• Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles


• Utilises change management techniques and best practices


• Demonstrates basic understanding of campaign strategy, design and planning
