You will deliver a professional customer experience, explain contract terms clearly, handle data entry with care, and assist with administrative tasks, with training provided and meals included. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, aiding loan processes, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a smooth customer journey

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at exemplary levels and uphold the company image.
• Be proactive and take initiative to ensure a pleasant customer experience during appointments.
• Explain loan contract terms, products and details clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with loan applications.
• Answer customer queries and explain loan procedures over the phone.
• Assist with client account management and perform accurate data entry of customer details.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
