Job summary

RevUp Proservices in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented credit documentation specialist to support bilateral and syndicated loan facilities. The role involves reviewing legal docs, interpreting facility agreements, and verifying conditions precedents before disbursement.

You will perform AML/KYC checks, process Swift payments, maintain records, and collaborate with Relationship Managers while supporting IT system upgrades and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documentation for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities to ensure terms align with credit approvals.
• Accurately interpret the Facility Agreement to determine allowances of requested transactions.
• Examine utilization requests to ensure facility limits and conditions precedents are met before loan disbursement.
• Perform loan drawdowns, rollovers and collect principal and interest payments for bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Interact with Relationship Managers to follow up on outstanding matters and documentation.
• Perform AML / KYC checks.
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of loan related documents.
• Process Bank Guarantees/ Standby Letters of Credit.
• Prepare local, regulatory and Head Office reports.
• Work with IT teams on system upgrades and UAT rollouts.
• Take on work related projects and other duties as assigned by Management.
