Job summary

BAN KING CREDIT (S) PTE. LTD is seeking a customer service loan officer in Ang Mo Kio to manage loan applications from intake to approval. You will review documents, assist customers, and communicate updates throughout the process.

The role runs Monday through Saturday, 11am–8pm, with Sundays off, in a cohesive team environment at the Ang Mo Kio location. Basic salary plus allowances, uncapped commissions, and bonuses are offered, along with quarterly cohesion incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Willing to undergo training; no finance experience required.
