Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is offering an Internship in the Global Investment Banking Division, Loan Capital Markets for Dec 2026 to Jun 2027. You’ll support syndicated financing transactions and work with deal teams on origination, structuring and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing undergrad or postgraduate studies in finance, with strong analytical and Excel skills, and a keen interest in corporate finance and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial statement analysis is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution Support: assist in structuring and execution of syndicated financing transactions.
• Term Sheet Preparation: support drafting financing term sheets and deal summaries.
• Syndication Activities: assist in coordinating syndication launches and investor communications.
• Credit & Financial Analysis: analyze financial statements and key borrower metrics.
• Financial Modelling: assist in building and reviewing financial models.
• Pitchbook Preparation: support preparation of client presentations and underwriting proposals.
