OCBC Bank is seeking a Loan Capital Markets Intern in Singapore to gain hands‑on experience in syndicated loan transactions, credit analysis, and transaction execution. You’ll work with deal teams and stakeholders to support origination, underwriting, and closing efforts.

You’ll develop financial modelling, credit assessment, and client‑facing communication skills in a fast‑paced environment within our Loan Capital Markets team.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, investment banking, and capital markets.
• Good understanding of financial statements and credit analysis principles.
• Able to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.

Aufgaben

• Transaction Execution Support: assist in the structuring and execution of syndicated financing transactions across various sectors and markets.
• Term Sheet Preparation: support the drafting and preparation of financing term sheets, deal summaries, and transaction materials.
• Syndication Activities: assist in coordinating syndication launches, lender roadshows, investor communications, and information package distribution.
• Credit & Financial Analysis: analyse financial statements, key credit metrics, and business performance to support underwriting and transaction evaluation.
• Financial Modelling: assist in building and reviewing financial models used in transaction analysis and credit assessments.
• Pitchbook Preparation: support the preparation of client presentations, underwriting proposals, and marketing materials for financing opportunities.
• Documentation Review: assist in reviewing legal and transaction documentation to ensure alignment with agreed financing terms and transaction requirements.
