Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore invites applications for an internship in Global Corporate Banking, Operations Support & Systems from Jan to May 2027. The role is hybrid and located at OCBC Singapore, with full-time engagement during the semester.

You will gain hands-on exposure to core banking system projects, project coordination, testing, and operational support, developing skills in stakeholder management and system delivery within an international banking environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to project lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Core Banking System Projects: support development, testing, and implementation of enhancements to core banking systems.
• Project Coordination: assist in planning, requirements gathering, progress tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• User Testing Support: participate in system testing activities, including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and validation.
• Operational Support: assist in process reviews and optimisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Systems Administration: support System Owner in monitoring and enhancing Global Wholesale Banking systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare project updates, operational reports, and process guides.
