Job summary

OCBC Group invites undergraduates to join our Global Commercial Banking, EB Real Estate & Construction internship program for Jan–May 2027. You will work with Credit Analysts to evaluate financing opportunities, monitor industry developments, and support credit assessment activities.

You'll develop analytical, research, and problem-solving skills while gaining practical insights into how banks assess risks in real estate and construction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong curiosity, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Credit Review Support: assist in credit reviews and ad-hoc memoranda.
• Industry Research: monitor real estate/construction sector developments.
• Risk & Adverse News Screening: perform background checks on borrowers.
• Market Intelligence: gather industry insights to support initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: assist with data extraction, sorting, and stress testing.
