Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd invites an experienced LNG Trainer to lead, develop, and deliver training programs for Production supervisors and technicians, ensuring operational readiness and expert troubleshooting during critical scenarios such as gas send-out disruptions.

You will design modules for regasification, storage, jetty operations, and send-out, conduct classroom, simulator-based, and OJT, and maintain training records, align with HSSE standards, and support competency

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in process plant operations or engineering roles.
Cryogenic experience (LNG) is a strong advantage.
Recognized certifications in process plant operations or process safety.
Ability to map competencies and tailor content for technicians and supervisors.
Familiarity with blended learning (classroom + fieldwork + simulation).
Certified Trainer certification (Train-the-Trainer, ACTA, ACLP, DACE or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsabilités

Design and deliver LNG terminal training modules for operations.
Conduct classroom, simulator-based, and OJT for operations personnel.
Ensure training programs support day-to-day readiness and emergency troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and simulations.
Coordinate with HSSE, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Assist with onboarding and progression training for technicians.
