Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead N2/He leak testing and pre-commissioning activities for FPSO/offshore projects in Singapore.

You will review P&ID, ISO diagrams, test packs, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, safety teams, and yard personnel. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Eng, 10+ years in pre-commissioning/commissioning, strong hydraulic testing knowledge, and API gas handling training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, or shutdown operations with N₂/He leak testing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic pressure testing and leak detection techniques.
• Familiarity with FPSO hook-ups, pipeline purging, and hot-oil flushing.
• Relevant API certifications and training in gas handling and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities related to piping systems towards the targeted commissioning schedule.
• Review P&ID, ISO diagrams, and test pack boundaries.
• Lead N2/He test for FPSO projects and develop schedules for completion.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, safety, clients and yard personnel for testing.
• Plan daily testing activities and guide site team to perform tests per procedures.
• Ensure commissioning test procedures comply with specifications and regulations.
