Job summary

Times Publishing Limited is seeking a curious Human Capital Intern to help implement our Learning Management System (LMS). You will participate in the LMS rollout from configuration and content migration through to go-live, conduct research on best practices, and assist with UAT testing and documentation.

You will also review and adapt training content for LMS deployment, design learner-friendly materials, and support project administration and reporting within a dynamic HR function.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Genuine interest in HR technology, learning systems, or digital transformation.
• Able to conduct independent research and translate findings into insights.
• Meticulous, organised, and proactive with multi-tasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end LMS implementation from configuration to go-live.
• Research LMS best practices, features, and benchmarks.
• Participate in UAT, documenting test cases and tracking resolutions.
• Review and adapt training content for LMS deployment.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates throughout rollout.
