We are currently looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Intern – Human Resources / Talent Management. The position is based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the planning and execution of L&D initiatives, including scheduling, preparing materials, and engaging participants.
• Support the upkeep of the LMS by handling course set‑up, enrolment, attendance tracking, and updating course content. Maintain an up‑to‑date internal training catalogue.
• Design and create publicity materials and assist in promoting L&D initiatives through various channels; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet training needs or execute campaigns.
• Plan and execute employee initiative campaigns (e.g., email, internal communications, microsites), craft compelling messages, and track basic metrics such as open rates, clicks, and sign‑ups.
• Provide additional support to the L&D team and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Curious, growth‑oriented learner with a strong passion for learning experience design and a solid foundation in design principles (visual design, user experience, or instructional design).
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn continuously, experiment, and iterate based on learner feedback.
• Interest in Learning & Development and improving learner engagement and outcomes.
• Demonstrated marketing/campaign experience: able to plan and execute simple campaigns.
• Minimum internship period: 6 months.
