Qualifications

• Prior experience in hand-pulled noodle / La Mian preparation is required.

• Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.

• Prepare and perform live hand-pulled noodle demonstrations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team on noodle preparation and dish assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the work station.
