Job summary

Certis is seeking a Range Conducting Officer for a 1-year contract at the Multi Mission Range Complex, MMRC in Singapore. You will assist the Range Supervising Officer to conduct ranges in line with established procedures and safety standards, achieving KPIs for passing and marksmanship and Soldier satisfaction.

The role requires experience in supervisory or training roles, familiarity with live-fire ranges, and SAF AOMs/Army Safety Management.

Qualifications

• Has relevant supervisory, training or operational background.
• Experience conducting live-firing ranges and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Range Supervising Officer to run ranges per procedures and orders.
• Meet KPIs for passing, marksmanship and Soldier Satisfaction.
• Ensure range safety and security compliance.
• Prepare lesson plans, RAWR and admin instructions; conduct pre-range checks.
• Deliver safe, well‑managed train-fire programs and end-of-range checks.
• Support range safety culture and undertake additional duties as required.
