Qualifications

• Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in conducting live‑firing and ranges.
• Versed in SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
• Possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system.
• Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
• Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands‑on training exercises.
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes.
