Qualifications
Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience in conducting live‑firing and ranges.
Versed in SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
Possess good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system.
Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session.
Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands‑on training exercises.
Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback.
Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes.
