Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Safety & Compliance Officer to lead on-site safety for concerts and live events in Singapore. You will enforce safety standards, coordinate with internal crews and external promoters, and ensure clear communication of safety protocols.

The role requires WSQ WSH certification, MOM registration, and experience in construction or heavy industry safety. You will work across multiple venues including National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Qualifications

• WSQ Certification in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B or higher) is required.
• MOM registration is mandatory.
• SCWWSH or Specialist Diploma in WSH is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety enforcement during concert load-ins, set-ups, and tear-downs.
• Act as primary safety liaison with crew, promoters and clients.
• Enforce housekeeping and discipline to keep work areas safe.
• Manage No-Fly Zones and restricted areas during rigging.
• Develop and implement safety systems and SOPs for entertainment/events.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate MS to ground team.
