Job summary

Canon seeks a Lithography Tool Software Engineer to support semiconductor customers in Southeast Asia and nearby regions. You will work on-site in cleanrooms, coordinate with Canon software engineers in Japan, and report on software issues and performance.

The role requires Japanese language proficiency, Linux basics, and strong collaboration with engineers across borders. Occasional travel to SE Asia, Japan, Taiwan, and India is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with Japanese customers and HQ.
• Experience in software support for lithography/semiconductor equipment.
• Basic Linux OS and command-line skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site software support in cleanroom environments.
• Deliver software support for semiconductor customers in the region.
• Troubleshoot software issues and prepare technical reports.
