Responsibilities

Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting to meet yield and performance targets.
Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to characterize process behavior and identify improvements.
Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
