Qualifications

• Experience with DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute photolithography process development, optimization, and troubleshooting to meet yield and performance targets.
• Perform DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to characterize process behavior and identify improvements.
• Support material evaluations, defect learning, overlay analysis, and process window characterization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
