Job summary

BACCARAT INTERNATIONAL (PTE.) LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Department Leader to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee a department, execute the sales plan, and ensure compelling merchandise displays with strong product knowledge.

You will manage stock, coordinate with Visual Merchandising, lead a team, conduct performance reviews, and adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining store standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years experience in Retail with supervisory/management responsibility.
• Strong supervisory and management skills to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and translate into actionable insights.
• Adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales plan for the area and identify opportunities to drive sales performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional product knowledge and effective ticketing.
• Maintain store presentation and coordinate with Visual Merchandising on promotions.
• Manage stock, replenishment, and analyze stock levels to meet targets.
• Drive in-store efficiency, control costs and plan for seasonal changes.
• Lead and motivate department staff, deliver performance reviews and develop talent.
• All other responsibilities as assigned by management.
