Tung Lok Signatures (2006) PTE. LTD. is seeking a committed Kitchen Helper to prepare and plate dishes, assist with mise en place, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long hours, and rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude and good communication are essential to support the kitchen team. This role offers exposure to high-end dining operations and requires teamwork and enthusiasm for learning.

Competenze

• Prior kitchen experience is preferred.
• Able to perform split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have physical stamina to stand for long hours.
• Good communication and team spirit.

Mansioni

• Prepare and plate cooked dishes or salads.
• Assist with mise en place and daily preparation.
• Ensure all food meets quality standards and is prepared in a timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Receive and store kitchen stock with proper FIFO rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
