Tung Lok Catering is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to assist with daily prep, plate finished dishes, and support the kitchen in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. You will work closely with chefs to ensure timely and accurate execution of recipes and presentation.

The role requires willingness to work split shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced setting while upholding food safety and teamwork across the kitchen.

Competenze

• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Prepare and plate cooked dishes or cold menu items.
• Assist with mise en place and daily food preparation.
• Ensure timely preparation meeting quality standards.
• Follow recipes and presentation specs set by the kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all areas.
• Receive and store stock with proper FIFO rotation.
• Keep equipment and workstations clean.
• Support kitchen team and maintain a positive environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
