• Cooking & Dish Assembly – Prepare a range of menu items with precise plating.
• Equipment Handling – Use kitchen tools safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Team Collaboration – Work with kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely service.
• Shift Handover – Communicate clearly during shift changes.
