Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL programming and at least one object-oriented language (C# or equivalent).
• Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MS-SQL).
• Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with customers across regions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned support tickets, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Develop expertise in STARLIMS configuration and functionality.
• Perform remote analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor incidents and manage investigations, tests, resolutions, closures or escalations to Engineering as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to global support initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Recommend system enhancements to reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a global support mindset.
