Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional in Singapore to expand the client base and market reach for lighting solutions. You will travel for client visits, conduct on-site consultations, and deliver tailored product presentations to meet each client’s needs.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in the field while achieving monthly targets and providing detailed progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably with interior design firms.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for client visits and consultations.
• Lighting industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable approaching new clients.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new clients through cold calls and in-person visits to expand the client base and market reach.
• Carry out strategies to grow market share and win new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Give clear, accurate sales advice and product presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver onsite lighting consultations and professional recommendations.
• Identify client issues early and resolve them effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Prepare weekly sales progress reports and gather field data for management review.
• Work closely with contractors, business owners and interior designers.
• Travel within Singapore to meet clients and conduct consultations.
