• Supervise lifting operations at marine sites and vessels.
• Ensure lifting activities follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-lifting checks and toolbox meetings.
• Ensure cranes, lifting equipment and rigging gear are properly inspected and certified.
• Supervise riggers and crane operators during lifting operations.
• Coordinate with vessel crew, operations teams, contractors and clients.
• Stop unsafe work and report lifting-related incidents or near misses.
• Maintain lifting records and ensure compliance with WSH and marine requirements.
