Job summary

BRILLIANT ELEVATOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Lift/Elevator Project Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate installation and maintenance teams, and ensure on-site safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Lifting supervisor certificate required; rigger and signalman certificates are a plus.
• Work at Height certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in elevator installation team management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attends/ conducts daily toolbox briefings and weekly briefings; participates in client meetings.
• Oversees day-to-day project supervision to ensure timely, productive completion.
• Ensures on-site safety regulations are complied with and lifting activities are performed safely.
• Organizes, coordinates, and leads teams to conduct lifting activities safely.
• Performs risk assessments with project team and client before major lifts and documents results.
• Inspects lifting accessories and ensures condition and validity are up to date.
• Educates riggers and signalmen on proper lifting procedures during toolbox meetings or on site.
• Develops and implements installation and maintenance services; guides teams accordingly.
• Visits customers, negotiates projects, gathers customer needs, and proposes solutions.
• Develops new projects and customers, and completes sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attends / conduct daily toolbox briefing, weekly briefing & to participate client meeting.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities on the project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order meet project deadline.
• Ensures the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site.
• Responsible to organize, co-ordinate and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely.
• Responsible to conduct Risk Assessment with project team and client before major or complex lift and ensure documentation is file accordingly.
• Inspects/ Audit on lifting accessories ensure condition and validity is updated accordingly.
• Checks and educate rigger and signal man, if necessary, in toolbox meeting or on-site with the properly lifting procedures
• Responsible for day-to-day activities on the project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order meet project deadline.
• Responsible for analyzing market conditions and formulating feasible business development plans
• Responsible for establishing, managing installation and maintenance teams
• Responsible for the development of installation and maintenance services and guiding the team to implement them
• Visit customers, negotiate projects, collect customer needs, and provide customers with product and service solutions
• Responsible for developing new projects, developing new customers, and completing sales tasks.
• Other related market work

Requirements

• Possess lifting supervisor certificate (Plus point if have rigger and signalman certificate)
• Possess Manage Work at Height Cert will be an added advantage
• Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.
• Have relevant experience in elevator installation team management.
• Have market thinking, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills.
