Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at our Singapore facility. You will follow the maintenance schedule, observe safety procedures, and keep accurate records while supporting standby duties.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec in Electrical Engineering and have hands-on experience in the lift industry, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical Engineering.
• Technician experience in lift industry.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance works in accordance to the schedule.
• Carry out corrective maintenance works as and when required.
• Observe safety work procedures.
• Ensure that tools provided are properly kept and used.
• Observe proper behavior while working.
• Perform standby works when required.
• Follow-up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required.
• Report to the superior on all matters relating to the section.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.
• To keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports.
• Attend to the building or equipment inspection as required, by law (BCA, FSB).
• Assist in conducting and investigation of damages / accidents to equipment or personnel.
• Follow-up on QA defects.
• Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.
• Perform maintenance work under supervision.
