Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to service lifts across sites in Singapore. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safe operation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Candidates should have a Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering and own a motorbike for site visits; prior lift industry experience is advantageous. Role is on-site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Possession of own motorbike for site visits.
• Prior maintenance or lift industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing to keep lifts running safely and reliably.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and report recurring issues for follow-up QA/QC defects.
