Job summary

CHEVALIER SINGAPORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a Lift Technician to lead or support maintenance teams for lift systems, troubleshoot on-site with diagnostic tools, and provide technical guidance during maintenance and repair works. The role requires field assessments and on-site coordination with the team and supervisor.

Standby duties during nights, weekends and public holidays may be required, with standby allowance provided. Singaporean or PR candidates only are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with team and clients at all levels.
• Preferably own transport for site travel.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support maintenance teams in repair, replacement, and daily operations for lift systems.
• Troubleshoot lift equipment on-site using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, current meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Assist in resolving electrical engineering matters and provide technical guidance during maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct field assessments, identify root causes of equipment faults, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with team and supervisor on site operations and project matters.
• Standby duties during nights, weekends, and public holidays with standby allowance.
