Aufgaben

• Programme Implementation: Conduct engaging skills training programs aligned with scheduled activities (ADL, Community Living, Creative Arts, Hydrotherapy).
• Client Support & Guidance: Supervise and evaluate client performance, manage challenging behaviours with therapy teams.
• Operations & Safety: Track attendance, enforce safety and infection control procedures, respond during emergencies.
• Administration & Records: Maintain ICPs, fall risk assessments, and progress notes.
• Resource Management: Prepare training materials, manage stock, keep training area hazard-free.
