SPD is seeking a Support Senior Training Officer to assist in delivering life and work skills training for clients with disabilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance independence, communication, and daily living skills in a structured environment.

The role involves hands-on support in self-care, programme planning, and updating Individual Care Plans, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety in all activities. A positive mindset and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum O/ A/ITE certification.
• Experience with persons with disabilities preferred.
• Commitment to social inclusion.
• Patient, positive and passionate about working with adults with disabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with adaptable attitude.

Mansioni

• Support training officers in delivering life and work skills training for clients (PWDs).
• Assist in self-care activities and hygiene practices for clients.
• Develop and coordinate therapeutic and training materials.
• Support development of ICPs and update training records.
• Assist in caregiver updates on care needs and training applications.
• Ensure safety and adherence to training procedures in the centre.
• Maintain training space and facilities housekeeping.
• Document clients’ progress and daily activities.
