Job summary

Avantor Singapore is seeking an energetic sales professional to grow our client base in the life sciences market. Under general supervision, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, negotiate terms, support installation and post-sale services, and drive profitable billing within your territory.

Key tasks include relationship development, leveraging CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma / bachelor’s in chemistry, Biotechnology or Life Science related.
• 1-2 years of experience in a complex sales environment with multiple clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of Avantor products, promotions and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Relationship development to build trust and drive customer satisfaction.
• Add value by working with customers and internal teams to create solutions.
• Meet/exceed sales and margin targets in assigned territory.
• Plan, forecast and manage customer interactions using CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivering installation, delivery and post-sale services.
