Job summary

PSA BDP Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to lead day-to-day inventory management for a Life Sciences & Healthcare client in Singapore.

You will ensure accuracy, traceability, GDP compliance, and optimal warehouse processes across putaway, replenishment, and picking. The role requires WMS expertise, cross-functional collaboration with QA, IT, and operations, and a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and ERP.
• Lead cycle counts, audits, and FEFO/FIFO compliance.
• Serve as WMS Super User and support IT/vendor interactions.
• Prepare inventory reports and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with QA, IT, and Customer Service.
