Job summary

IQVIA in Singapore is seeking a full-time Inventory Controller to lead stock movements, manage shelf stock, and ensure accurate data entry across the inventory system. You will supervise loading, receiving, storage, and distribution processes, and collaborate with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Diploma, strong Excel skills, and comfort with OT. Daily duties include cycle counts, order pickings, inter-site shipments, and reporting to drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable with OT, less than 4hours a week on average, and only when business require.
• Comfortable entering cold-room (<10 degrees) for stock count/inventory management 1-2 hours daily. Jacket provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead all deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store and distribute as required
• Manage and maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation on appropriate date order
• Oversee and record all stock movements and stock issues using Inventory control system
• Experience in reports analysis to drive process improvements and ensure accurate data entry
• Skilled in operating Inventory Control systems and other systems to facilitate stock processing duties
• Lead in conducting daily/weekly reporting and provide inventory dispositions
• Accountable by ensuring pre-assembly area is stocked and pick internal material requisitions for all areas
• Participate in stock cycle counts and set up and monitor call off orders
• Lead in preparing and logging interlab shipments for other IQVIA sites ordering stock as required and providing Logistics the details of the shipments along with any related documentation required
• Deputize inventory duties to junior staff for other stock controllers as and when required
• Lead and perform any other duties as required as directly by superiors and adhere to department SOPs
