Job summary

GLOBAL LICENSING SERVICES PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a diligent licensing coordinator to support the Business Development Director. You will maintain filings, manage licensee lists, generate invoices promptly, and update brand directories and licensee links.

You will track compliance with trade agreements and assist in growing the licensing business. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong follow-up skills, is required.

Qualifications

• ITE/diploma holder with at least 3 years of international trades experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Good follow-up skills and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical and electronic filings; generate invoices on time.
• Update brands directory websites; ensure proper links from licensees’ sites.
• Regular communications with licensees.
• Track compliance issues related to trade agreements; assist BD Director with licensing growth.
