Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Insurance Agent in Singapore for a permanent role. This position welcomes newcomers and offers comprehensive training and mentorship.

You will identify prospective clients, assess their needs, and present tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships while contributing to sales targets.

Work location is near Novena MRT; salary is KPI-based ranging SGD 1,000 to SGD 4,000 monthly plus license/ certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through leads, referrals and networking.
• Meet clients to assess insurance and financial needs.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals.
• Follow up and nurture ongoing client relationships.
• Review policies regularly to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with policy applications and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Meet sales targets and support team goals.
