CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Insurance Agent in Singapore for a permanent role. This position welcomes newcomers and offers comprehensive training and mentorship.

You will identify prospective clients, assess their needs, and present tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships while contributing to sales targets.

Work location is near Novena MRT; salary is KPI-based ranging SGD 1,000 to SGD 4,000 monthly plus license/ certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain insurance licenses.

Salary Range: $1,000 - $ 4,000 (Salary Based KPI)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as an Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients while contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.

Job Scope

• Identify and approach prospective clients through leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
• Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
• Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
• Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance objectives.

Requirements

• Current License Agent who wish to transfer to a new team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain necessary insurance certifications/licenses
