Job summary

INAVAB BIOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Fumigation Lead to plan, coordinate and execute fumigation operations in line with NEA regulations.

You will supervise a team, liaise with clients and regulators, and ensure safety, compliance and timely delivery of treatments. The role requires a valid NEA Fumigator License, strong English communication, and hands-on fumigation experience. Qualifications

• NEA Fumigator License mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of fumigation experience preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in operational environments.
• Knowledge of fumigation regulations, safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fumigation treatments are safe, effective and completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of fumigation activities, permits and reports.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance on fumigation requirements and safety measures.
• Lead and mentor fumigation team members to maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities and stakeholders as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
