Job summary

Ministry of Manpower in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and oversee the enforcement process for the prompt payment of foreign worker levies and to ensure levy debts are recovered efficiently.

You will coordinate work pass revocation and reinstatement, develop strategies for prompt payment, assess appeals, and liaise with other government agencies, with regular reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the enforcement process for the prompt payment of foreign worker levy.
• Oversee the work pass revocation/reinstatement and levy debt recovery processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure prompt payment and recovery of levy.
• Assess appeals and respond to queries related to reinstatement of work passes that were revoked for levy default and levy debts.
• Liaise with other government agencies on levy recovery processes and case management.
• Develop reports on debt payment and recovery performance for senior management.
