Job description

Our Client, a Prestigious International Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their IP department.

Location

Central Singapore

Job Description
  • Work closely with the Partner and attorneys on administrative matters
  • Assist in meeting and travel arrangements
  • Assist in Dairy and Email management
  • Drafting correspondence whenever required
  • Being adept at proof reading and quality checks on all work produced
  • Organises document management, including opening files, archiving and ensures that all relevant documents are filed electronically and paper-based, as required
  • Assist in end-to-end billing process and Elite (Financial System) and liaising with billing team, producing the relevant documentation
  • Assisting across practice groups/teams whenever he/she has spare capacity/as required
  • Undertaking typing as required via marked up handwritten changes
  • Assist in reception duties (rotational basis)
Requirements
  • Diplomain Business or any related discipline or 'O' Levels
  • Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling IP related work
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications, with a willingness to learn new technology
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
