Job summary

sgovterp seeks a motivated Legal Knowledge Management Executive to support the Legal Department’s knowledge management, training materials, and internal guidance across HSA. You will help capture, organize and share legal knowledge, and work with Civil and Prosecution teams to ensure resources are accessible and current.

The role emphasizes managing knowledge platforms, preparing updates and building capability across the department. A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management and information platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple knowledge initiatives.
• Academic background in KM/Information Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge management initiatives and practices within the Legal Department.
• Maintain department knowledge repositories with guidance materials and updates.
• Collaborate with Civil and Prosecution officers to identify knowledge to preserve.
• Develop taxonomy, metadata, tagging and search structures.
• Coordinate reviews and updates of knowledge materials for currency.
