Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a motivated Legal Executive to support knowledge management, legal information sharing and capability-building within the Legal Department and across HSA. Collaborate with Civil and Prosecution teams to capture, organize, and disseminate legal knowledge and training materials.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Knowledge Management, Information Management, Library & Information Science, Communications, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Experience maintaining knowledge repositories, intranet sites or CMS.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Legal Department knowledge management initiatives.
• Maintain department-wide knowledge repositories with guidance, templates, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Civil and Prosecution officers to identify materials for preservation and wider sharing.
• Assist in documenting institutional knowledge from major legal matters and projects.
• Develop taxonomy, indexing, metadata, tagging and search structures for easy access.
• Coordinate review and rationalisation of materials to keep resources current.
• Prepare and disseminate legal updates, newsletters, FAQs and advisories.
• Support planning and delivery of legal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain records of training activities and calendar of knowledge initiatives.
• Assist in digital platform administration (SharePoint, intranet pages).
• Identify recurring legal issues and develop practical guidance.
